I can tell you something about "weight loss" by not exaggerating your body.

Being thin and slender is far more appealing in today's generation than having an average body mass index. Well, health is wealth, as most people in the world inculcate it into their mindset. That is why some millennials believe that the use of ancient health techniques (like focusing more on herbal intake than using processed products) is much more efficacious than other health techniques, but others prefer to go to the gym and follow the advice of their fitness guru in order to attain a thin and slender body through healthy food consumption and medicine intake. However, they are all perfectly fine to follow, especially if we combine those preferences for a healthy lifestyle. I couldn’t tell that those preferences that were stated can easily be done, but I dare you girl, it is difficult to apply, especially nowadays when we are bombarded with technology and most of the time we prefer to watch k-drama, listen to Spotify, watch vlogs of your favorite vlogger or artists on YouTube, etc. Huh! That is bazar. Even me, I can’t stand 100 percent of it because I know myself that I prioritize being entertained rather than spending time lifting those 20kg dumbbells or holding my breath inside to fulfill the 20 minute perfect meditation. Even if your friends and family tell you that doing this or that! is as good as what you think, remember that you are the master of your own mind. Anyway, I just wanted to share some effective ways to stay thin and lose weight while not exerting full effort in your daily activities.

  1. Staying thin keeps you healthy.

Losing weight is not as easy as playing games online. It requires dedication and promises action in order to be more effective in the process of losing weight. To attain the forever Korean body look in a healthy way requires more sleep and fewer meals. I’m not saying that you don’t need to eat to be effective; rather, "eat less". A study shows that people who tend to eat less or do intermittent fasting are much healthier compared to those who are not. Fasting can be beneficial since it can improve blood sugar control, improve brain function since it will increase the production of nerve cells in the brain, may delay ageing, and most of all, it will support weight loss. However, you should connect with your body’s needs because if you feel uncomfortable, don’t pressure your body, but try it in a simple way, like a step-by-step process. Always remember this saying: "the more you hurry, the less effective your plans will be." But that’s true. It really requires a lot of patients to be more effective.

2. Spending time in Walking

I really need to go to the gym in order for me to be thin or do jogging every day.
Well, that’s what all the people in the world tell themselves. However, it is good to be more active, especially if you are doing intensive workouts, but make sure that you know how to adjust your eating habits. Do you know that the most influential process on our diet or losing weight is "what we eat and how we eat"? People who are struggling to lose weight because they are concentrating on producing more sweat rather than how many calories they consume each day. Producing sweat is a good sign that our body is eliminating toxins from the food that we eat and has good circulation in our blood. Let me share with you that taking a 20-minute walk will make your life easier and can eliminate toxins in your body, which can lead to weight loss. Most of you won’t spend more than an hour feeling sweaty. Just try to walk since it is part of an exercise that targets simple body toning, improves cardiovascular health, and most of all, strengthens your immunity. So, when will you start walking? Just try it because this is the best recommendation that I will never ever regret. At the time that I started to work for different companies, my mode of transportation was my own feet, and it was worth it. I'm proud that my weight is still at 55 kg.

3. No to Coffee, just Tea.

Coffee every day can make you more alive than those people who work 24 hours a day in their offices and feel tired. For most people today, drinking coffee may boost their energy. Well, that is right to say, but coffee can make your empty stomach ask for help from food. So it means that you are eager to eat more food since it can cause acidity in your stomach, which can lead to hunger. For me, my best recommendation is to drink tea. If you’ve tried it, it really feels like you are drinking grass from your backyard, but that’s the taste of it. Tea will never get you in trouble when it comes to hunger! Since it doesn’t have any chemicals that may lead to acidity in your body, it helps lose weight.

4. I can live without rice.

We all know that rice is essential to us as Asian people. We tend to consume more than 3 cups of rice every day just to fulfill our cravings for food. I just want to tell you that we can live without rice! Yes, that is true. We can eat without rice because rice has more carbohydrates, which can increase your blood sugar, which can lead to diabetes. For almost two years, I avoided rice. At the time that I started to eat rice, my weight increased from 45 kg to 63 kg! It certainly is! But, because my family has a history of diabetes, I've already tried to manage it until now, and I'm now resuming my weight loss plan.which is to avoid rice and eat more potatoes, oatmeal, eggs, and other healthy foods. And as much as possible, I avoid soda or soft drinks as well, substituting them with tea and milk.

Eating less can make you more stressed since you will no longer be able to eat your favorite dish. Again, don’t pressure yourself, but rather try to think that it is beneficial to your life to live longer and enjoy more of the world. Eating healthy and enjoying dieting!
